Most Avanade employees have a growth mindset and value learning, professional and personal growth. You are surrounded by colleagues who push each other to deliver exceptional work. I have personally also been able to participate in development opportunities that are helping me build my skills and resume, including certification and conference sponsorship. I am able to be myself at work, as a woman of color, there is nothing more important than that. Avanade is currently investing in I&D and it shows, there are accountable and committed to pursuing equity in tech. Avanade is small enough that you can make a name for yourself, its not a tech 'giant' and that comes through in our culture.
