      Pros

      Avanade offers variety of opportunities for developers to improve their skills such as access to Plaurlsight, measure-up and they also pay for your certification cost.

      Cons

      10%~20% less pay compare to the salary you can get from a product company. However you do still get paid when you are not on a project.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, wanting you to grow in your position and to move to where you want to in a position through the company. People are friendly and always willing to try and help. If they don't know an answer to your question, they have a list of people you can turn too. They care about your opinion and want your feedback. They're branching out in UX Design, a field that could greatly aid but is still in its growing process.

      Cons

      UX Design in general for Avanade is a fairly small department, let alone in my location. I'm finding myself unable to really speak to another UX designer in the company that is nearby, or learn from as I was hoping during my internship.
