Great Organization to work for, good leadership and mentoring platform. Leading edge of MS technologies and Microsoft Stack. Great collaboration and team atmosphere and support system.

Cons

Middle management systems in place are shaky and often politics tend to hinder actual progress of individuals and lack ownership of accountability on many different aspects. Very limited software and technology offerings being smaller brother to Accenture and Microsoft, where they are always offering MS Stack which is good, but also bad and limits options for client solutions. Cohesive teamwork ethic often not praised enough or valued enough for efforts

Quickly beginning to align with Accenture (parent company) a little too much and lose their own image.
