Top leadership is quite political especially the new round of leaders. Lots of the right talk but action is not there to match. When Avanade is done with you, its a quick exit. Churn rates in the 25% range. Its pretty much an Accenture run company.

*Tons of pressure for changeability, which is usually out of your control. Be prepared for clients or your manager breathing down your neck and asking you to justify the hours you spent on tasks. You will always feel like you're playing defense. *Weekly travel is not for the faint of heart - especially when projects are almost always extremely stressful. *Not a lot of culture due to the fact everyone travels during the week and is remote on Fridays. You will become close with people on your project but they will live across the country. *Avanade is becoming more and more controlled in Accenture every year. You will likely be staffed on an Accenture (or even Microsoft) project, meaning if you run into any issues or problems, it's very unlikely Avanade will have any means to help you (they will try, but ultimately they don't have much say).
