      Pros

      Fast-growing, The traditional market has a need for their technical insights. Decent technical acumen for the MSFT stack.

      Cons

      Struggling to adapt to a world focused on business outcomes and impact - creating a different value prop than the parent firm - Accenture already offers. The vast majority of the work is "bodies" that fill technical needs created by Accenture engagements. Not a bad thing but moots the existence of a separate firm. It is questionable as to the value of the Avanade management layer in generating the little non-Accenture revenues that they do.

      Travel perks, training, and access to latest technologies.

      Cons

      - Work life balance can be terrible on certain projects. No compensation for OT hours including financial or time off - No loyalty. If you are not on a project for a 2 weeks, they will send a warning termination letter to find another one. - Promotions are based on financial status of the company vs merit - Constant re-organization of the company - Assigned to projects which you are not the best match for to be billable
