      There is s lot of great and humble employees that are still employeed and hanging on to the hope of change

      Senior Management - continues to handlle and mis-manage perennial situations / issues in a confrontional and bullish behaviors.. engages with selective employees and managers and shows preferential treatmemt. Senior Management is consistently handling issues based their comfortable relationships with selective employees that is creating divisions and a preferential treatment environmentmanagement.
