Unbelievable lack of communication between management and employees. Tries to be a cGMP facility but is far from it. Upper management thinking they know the amount of time it takes to perform testing and expects it to be done in record time; not realizing limitations. Management refuses to understand testing conditions, instrumentation capabilities or to take into consideration employees feedback for changes and improvements.

A lot of the sales tools have been downgraded recently to reduce costs and the quality of customer experience has drastically declined as of recent.
