Pros
Co Workers were great. Work life balance was great since no one cared anymore, you can come and go as you please.
Cons
Worst management I have ever seen. All they care about is EBITDA so they can get their $$. They had the opportunity to reward the staff this year with a nice bonus but instead decided to pad their already overloaded pockets. They treat employees terribly and therefore have a massive turnover. Especially in finance, which just happens to see the ridiculous sign on bonuses, retention bonuses, and other nonsense the executives push through. Not to mention the price increases they are pushing down to the customers in hopes to make EBITDA attractive to potential buyers. Customers are leaving, employees are leaving and suppliers are cutting them off since they don't pay the bills. Stay away from this toxic organization.
