Poor Management, Great Team, High Turnover

Pros

The support team is awesome, being talented, supportive, and smart, making working together a positive experience, and the tools and technology are great.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and disorganized, leading to arbitrary decisions; employees and contractors are mistreated, creating a toxic work environment; there is no open-door policy; excessive workloads cause overwork; high turnover results in constant training and loss of continuity; and there are no opportunities for career advancement or employee development.

Ummm, none that I can think of

3:00am calls from the CEO to verify pipeline. 3:00am calls from the CEO to verify meeting notes. 3:00am calls yelling at you for not picking up the phone at 3:00am. Being escorted out of customer meetings for the CEO acting less than professional. Missing paychecks because the "board" says. Board consists of one person. Being degraded in front of team members. Turnover is outrageous!!! Just look at LinkedIn!!!
