3:00am calls from the CEO to verify pipeline. 3:00am calls from the CEO to verify meeting notes. 3:00am calls yelling at you for not picking up the phone at 3:00am. Being escorted out of customer meetings for the CEO acting less than professional. Missing paychecks because the "board" says. Board consists of one person. Being degraded in front of team members. Turnover is outrageous!!! Just look at LinkedIn!!!

So many opportunities to learn from management and grow within the company. Love the people I work with. They are awesome! Work & life balance is also important to me and Avatier gives that to me.

Cons

As with small companies, there are challenges, but we grow by learning from those challenges.
