      It's okay to work but could be better. Staying mainly for the benefits.

      Pros

      Pension, continuing education reimbursement, health, dental & vision benefits. Company store is great to get an amazing discounts on Aveda products in addition to other environmental type companies. Most people are very nice and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      In a coordinator position you are required to be hourly due to title. HR wouldn't negotiate initial hourly wage. Very difficult to move up in job title and get a salary raise. Added much more to job responsibilities with no change in hourly rate.

      Great pay and Benefits. Good culture and mission. Excellent products and discount

      Cons

      Corporate marketing is inconsistent and unorganized. You always have to be ready for change. Over kill on in store events. Under staffed and not enough payroll for successful events.

      Laid back, easy work, get paid more than a lot of other retailers out there, benefits, fast growth, positivity

      Cons

      Company is all about numbers, district managers take a while to get back to you about issues, specific service cycle you HAVE to follow, also dealing with ridiculous customers.
