Corporate sends out WAYY too many new launches/initiatives at once. My store was extremely understaffed (myself and I actually am leaving and two other people) and we were expected to fulfill all roles, manage a store remodel and two location moves, start up and train on a new POS system, plan events, train and execute a new free online booking strategy and the list goes on. The kicker was when I realized hiring to fill more positions was only prioritized because it was going to cause a neighboring store hardship

Mission of the company, wonderful discount on products, fitness center, cafe, summer hours, great holiday schedule, free monthly massages.

Cons

Hourly employees are underpaid. Very little life balance.

Decent benefits, amazing discount, very mission aligned. Aveda truly personifies their mission.

Cons

Terrible upper management who refuse to support your career, no room for advancement, rarely hire from within, mediocre pay, visible discrimination, all about the numbers.
