      Great people that work here. They really do care about you. Especially the supervisor on days and the manager.

      Cons

      The lack of organization and uncertainty with the company future.

      Good starting point into flight simulator/ aviation industry, no long term goals

      Pros

      Healthcare coverage, and decent coworkers. Good start for technicians and many later on are hired by American Airlines for much higher pay.

      Cons

      Nepotism is rampant and management is disrespectful at times. No growth opportunities. Many layoffs in the last year since the company had to be bought out, and no bonuses or raises in the last two. Company unfortunately seems on a downward spiral and at the brink of collapse unless absorbed by another flight simulator company soon.

      Pros

      AFG is a good start into flight simulation if thats something you want. Detailed and alot of troubleshooting.

      Cons

      At moments you may have to learn things on your own, for whatever reason they dont have much training or documentation on proper procedures for how to get things done.
