Pros

Avening Tech is a Women owned business. Lee Platt (CEO) really gets to know her teams, over the COVID19 Pandemic, she has shown as a true leader. They might seem small but their reach is pretty wide. They have a full set of benefits packages. They treat you like family and look out for their employees. Avening Tech even has friendly competitions, giving their employees all sorts of prizes. Constantly on the cutting edge of technology in a fast / ever growing industry. They truly are a great company to work for.

Great Atmosphere, Great People. Really took the time to invest in their people and provide them with all the tools needed to be successful in their careers. Not just in order for AveningTech to be successful, but for the success of the individual.

Cons

Can't think of any reason not the work here.
