      Pros

      Wonderful company with fantastic CEO & Staff. It is a small company that looks out for their employees. They are trustworthy, professional and VERY responsive to employee questions/concerns. I have been working with them for over year and have always felt like family!

      Cons

      Con has nothing to do with the company itself but more so the business of defense contracts: they can be volatile at times.

      As a small company, the CEO treats you like family and keeps you involved in the expansion of the company.

      Cons

      Young company, not as many locations as a more established company.

      Pros

      The owner Lee Platt, awesome person, very personable, the company tries their best to fit you in the right position, Pay wasn't too bad, chances of relocating is highly possible, the staff is great people, with awesome people skills.

      Cons

      The pay is adjusted to cost of living of area you are located in. Growth is 50 50 chance.
