      Pros

      I've worked for Aventiv for several years now and the company culture and leadership are both great. Leadership sets clear expectations and communicates well and its clear how the work we are doing is having a positive impact on the people we serve. My work life balance is excellent, the company provides wellness opportunities, volunteer time off, ample PTO, and voting time.

      Cons

      I have fully enjoyed working for Aventiv, it is largely a remote company so if that is not something you are interested in that could be a problem.

      Pros

      Paternity leave is a huge help and rare in the business world. I have a good manager; I have had no negative experiences with any co-workers. There us lots of support for the nature of work we do.

      Cons

      The work environment, at no fault to Aventiv, can be stressful and risky.
