      Pros

      Good pay within the market, good hours for head office jobs, allowed to pray at work as long as you are Christian

      Cons

      Not a good work environment a lot of backstabbing going on. Health benefits are not very good. You can tell the environment by walking into the main office everyone is out for themselves. They say they are faith based (Catholic) but that is just a cover for being in control of employees . Non-profit status is questionable when you look at new buildings being built and pay of top executives.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere; coworkers are extremely helpful and understanding; great benefits. Avera Health is a great company to work for and they extend the best to those who work for them.

      Cons

      The scheduling sometimes is terrible. Dependent on your job and where you work, but for the most part they work with you on when you would like to work.

      If you work hard you are rewarded, good work is recognized and well appreciated. Been a great part time employer! Great co workers for the most part

      It's repetitive work but that is to be exspected with job
