      Pros

      Schedule flexibility (generally) and really nothing else.

      Cons

      Never responds to PTO requests unless you babysit them about it. Very "catty" and preferential environment. People no called no showed many times while I worked there and none of them were ever punished.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - medical ins., dental ins. paid time off,401k and other investments. Good pay for geographical area. Most co-workers are good to work with. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Most of middle management is good to work with. Administration/Senior management needs to walk the talk and set a good example and be accountable for their actions rather than hiding behind their employees. Must be able to deliver the bad news as well as the good news.

      Pros

      Very good management. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I worked as a Patient Care Partner and loved everything about my job. My co-workers were the best and management was always around and ready to help out where needed. I would recommend this hospital to everyone, whether it's someone looking for a job or someone needing medical attention.

      I have no cons. I thoroughly enjoyed my job.
