Pros
Great coworkers and professional staff who care about the stated mission and each other. Immediate management is competent and reasonable. Benefits are better than most in the area. Work/Time-off balance is fair. Plenty of training provided for new opportunities. They will keep their word if you get them to agree to no more than 40 hours per week during the interview process.
Cons
There is no ladder to promote up. The only way up is to leave and come back. Annual 2% pay raise for staff workers is unreasonable. Company pays lip service to employees. New upper management has been a disaster for the company by getting rid of their existing knowledge base and hiring new people with little experience.
