      Mission based Pay and benefits are good Kind, caring people that treat each other well

      Cons

      I gave 4 stars because healthcare is very challenging right now. The demands of a director’s job are intense, which is as it should be, but this is not a 40 hour a week job.

      -Excellent benefits, PTO accrual is good for employees who have been in the system for a few years -Good coworkers -Communicative leadership

      -Low morale due to layoffs and mass exodus of employees resigning -No proper raises; only received a cost-of-living adjustment of 2% in the past year
