      I have a great team of hardworking coworkers and we have a great relationship.

      Cons

      As per usual in healthcare Avera runs lean on staffing and it can take years to see any changes due to all the bureaucracy. Benefits are too expensive.

      I liked the people that I worked with and I enjoyed my job to a point

      The job was very demanding and there was little time to get it all done, take care of patients, answer the phone, help all my coworkers and do additional things that my bosses wanted done too
