      Good people at base level, well-intentioned and hard working.

      Cons

      Leadership is non-existent. For all of the talk of vision and strategy, no evidence of either. Vindictive people management style.

      RBIS constantly changing and low transparency

      Pros

      High opportunity for growth and to try different fields. Easy to connect with many people and create a strong network. Business is constantly changing and can feel like a startup.

      Cons

      Becomes overly bureaucratic, especially during the item development process. Low transparency, especially during reorganizations. Using meaningless phrases while taking actions that contradict their statements, like "bringing up closer to the customer", while adding more layers to the organization and process. Not much loyalty to employees that have been around for a long time. Specifically at RBIS, it's a super volatile time.
