      Leadership changes frequently is driven exclusively by numbers each quarter. Very cut-throat environment that has set a culture of individuals making decisions for their own personal gain versus for the better of the company.

      Good people to work with. Many were very skilled at their work. Others should have been let go years before.

      Cons

      Poor management. Did not get rid of the dead weight. It caused the good people to manage the work load of the lazier staff.
