      Pros

      Clear leader in the their industry. Attract very professional people who can be very creative. Have Global scale and presence to maintain leading industry position.

      Cons

      Management seems to be more enamored with creating new strategies and changing them frequently. They don't seem to have the fortitude to execute the strategy and hold people accountable to the outcome.

      - Opportunities to travel - Pretty good benefits and employee engagement activities - Interesting innovations - Beautiful headquarters campus - Flexibility in working arrangements (remote work, etc.)

      Cons

      - There seemed to be reorg-s happening every other month, and everything was just rumors until the announcements hit - Too hierarchical/top-heavy/title inflation - Really had to fight for own professional development; unless you were being groomed for a certain role, you were basically ignored
