      Pros

      The work isn't too difficult. The pay is great and they promote within also you get a yearly bonus based on how the company did.

      Cons

      Favoritism is the biggest issue, friends are getting promoted over the more qualified operators. One week of sick time and they do steps as a punishment for getting hurt or forgetting to put information into the computer and after step three you aren't eligible for a raise until the next year.
