The company is taking great strides in investing in employee training on all different levels. They have also invested in tools to help everyone have more visibility to their day to day business. The culture has changed over the years for the better. We have a very diversified team. There is a lot of flexibility to achieve work/life balance. There are great opportunities to relocate to different locations throughout the world.

Cons

Employee turnover - unfortunately the company tends to go through a re-org every couple of years to find the correct balance. Sometimes a career path is not clear and/or limited so people tend to look outside the company for career advancement.
