People are the overall friendly and care about you in the manufacturing rank. Medical and 401k are both good...dental and eye are okay.

Cons

Upper management do engage at the production level to relate to all employee group. Too much political battle and change. Top heavy in director and vp level.

- Opportunities to travel - Pretty good benefits and employee engagement activities - Interesting innovations - Beautiful headquarters campus - Flexibility in working arrangements (remote work, etc.)

Cons

- There seemed to be reorg-s happening every other month, and everything was just rumors until the announcements hit - Too hierarchical/top-heavy/title inflation - Really had to fight for own professional development; unless you were being groomed for a certain role, you were basically ignored
