Pros

- good if you would like to learn account management - almost no politics, this is very rare for a 500 ppl office with lots of departments and management layers - good employee relationship - benefit is not bad - good training

Cons

- too much internal communications, sometimes frustrating if you wanna get something done quickly - lots of emails - your success mostly depends on what kind of accounts you are assigned to - I work OT a lot
