Opportunity to see what doesn't work for you in an employer. Deep soul searching at its best.

Cons

No work life balance, no flexibility in schedule, micro managing yet no trust in your work or their results. Big brother is always watching you. Way too small a company. Stop using other employees names by first name in departments no one is even aware exists.

Pros

Non-management employees are very nice to work with. (Glassdoor makes you say 5 words that are pros about the company.)

Cons

Management is inept & is not truly interested in developing themselves or the company. They really don't care about anyone's input but play a good game. People (usually people employed less than 1 year) think they really care what employees have to say but soon learn that it is not genuine interest to improve the company issues. It is a facade and nothing ever changes. They do not promote from within unless you are family, friend or a male. Otherwise, they hire from outside of the company because they think people outside of the company can fix the issues but they just make things worse because they don't understand the way things are done. Unorganized, chaotic, and extremely stressful work environment.
