9yBefore we go too far, Avetta does thank you for your time with Avetta. You were a part of us and your work is still appreciated.
Avetta is not a company grounded in training and development. In fact, Avetta hires individuals who bring their own expertise as well as a desire to make things happen. Avetta's voluntary turnover is remarkably low; there are very few who leave. Your point is perhaps about the layoffs and restructurings that have taken Avetta on a ride. Perhaps the one constant at Avetta is change.
