      Pros

      Positive atmosphere with room to grow within the company. Get to work with clients and contractors that are generally happy to hear from you. Wonderful place to be.

      As of right now nothing comes to mind.

      Pros

      Avetta is a wonderful company to work for. The work is very challenging but energizing. The people at Avetta are terrific and among the best I've ever worked with. I enjoy coming to work and appreciate the collaboration with different people and different groups. The growth opportunity at Avetta is amazing. The work is meaningful as it helps create a safer world and saves lives. The business potential is extraordinary as the company continues to identify ways to enhance service and value to customers. The executive team is talented and supportive, though they have high expectations for the business and of employees. Management respects work-life balance and tries to be flexible with employees. The Orem site really feels like a family and individuals are respected and recognized.

      Cons

      High energy, fast paced environment is not for everyone. It is a high effort, high reward environment, though work-life balance is respected. If you want to work hard, collaborate with great people, build something exciting and be part of a high performing team, this is the place. If you want a routine, low impact, predictable environment, this may not be the place.

      Great Employee Culture and Fantastic Platform for Customers / Vendors

      - Employee Culture - Growth Opportunity - Flexibility - Management with a Vision - Everyone from the Executive team to the Founders are very approachable - Startup Mentality (We work as a team!) - Employee Recognition

      Cons

      - Turnover rate is probably high (It's a fast growing company and people are required to support each other. In some instances, these abilities did not materialize for some.)
