      Sometimes the Contractors and Client Sites are really demanding and their expectations may be really above what was sold to them.

      Great opportunities to network and feel well supported by Senior Management throughout day to day operations of the organisation. Exposure to large and varied amount of contractors to assist with pre-qualification process - everyday is something different in a challenging and fast past environment. Increase confidence and leadership abilities through mentoring and advice from peers within the organisation. Able to build close working relationships with senior managers in some of Australia's biggest service providers and assist in meeting both social and safety expectations as requested by client site.

      Cons

      Timezone difference between Australia Head Office and Corporate US office can sometimes be challenging when sensitive issues arise outside of standard US office hours. However able to successfully escalate issues internally with ease.

      Pros

      Great family free atmosphere. Wonderful team. Everyone collaborates ideas and are willing to try new things from the CEO on down the chain. They encourage you to be your best and exceed your potential. You are challenged daily to go further today than yesterday. They are not afraid to try new things.

      Cons

      Be careful on how much responsibility that you take on. Avetta is a refiners fire, they want you to test your limits. But, you should be aware of your personal limitation.
