I love the fact that since day one I was valued as having an opinion that mattered and I could make changes and innovate immediately. I wasn't just another number, but an important cog in a machine that is working and growing rapidly. If I wanted to do something, my managers would support my projects and serve as guides to make the projects something truly valuable. I have always loved the great mentors that have assisted me since day one. My managers have also been interested in my development and have been excellent coaches to help me succeed. They've given advise when I needed help knowing how to craft proposals to clients or when I didn't know how to handle a client in a tough spot. They've always been willing to accompany me to visit clients, they encourage meeting clients onsite often, they are direct when I need feedback, they want to hear about my experience in order to make things better. They let me lead. I love how we co-innovate with clients to make a product that will work for them. We adapt to industry needs and keep ahead of the game. We make products that make work easier for clients and contractors alike. Avetta has been a breath of fresh air!
Cons
Turnover has been a bit high, but that is expected in a tech startup as we navigate through funding and rapid growth.
