      Pros

      Avetta is a great place to work with lots of opportunity. The company is growing and leadership team is great at fostering a creative culture allowing employees of all ranks to contribute big ideas that can shape the future. This is one of the few jobs I've had where I look forward to coming to work everyday. The culture is great, the people are great, the environment is great.

      Cons

      One of the challenges at working at Avetta can be the constant growth and change. I enjoy a changing environment and love the growth, but some people may not.

      Fantastic Company!

      Pros

      Great working environment with a management team that cares. They back up what they say which is a departure for many companies. This is a place where your experiences and talents are put to the test. Career building opportunities are everywhere. The overall business opportunity for the company is staggering. They have one of the best if not THE best executive management teams I've ever had the pleasure of working for. If you're looking for a place to grow professionally, this is the place.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a con but you'll be asked to wear different hats as your responsibilities increase. I see it as an opportunity to shine!

      Pros

      Excellent work environment with open door access to company executives. Team of passionate professionals that share a vision of success. Positive reinforcement and acknowledgment for good work is part of the company DNA.

      Cons

      Be prepared to develop skills outside your current set. As with all successful medium sized organizations you will be asked to wear many hats at times.
