      Pros

      Great working environment with a management team that cares. They back up what they say which is a departure for many companies. This is a place where your experiences and talents are put to the test. Career building opportunities are everywhere. The overall business opportunity for the company is staggering. They have one of the best if not THE best executive management teams I've ever had the pleasure of working for. If you're looking for a place to grow professionally, this is the place.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a con but you'll be asked to wear different hats as your responsibilities increase. I see it as an opportunity to shine!

Avetta's executives are really exceptional individuals; together they are world class. They inspire each of us, each day. For those individuals who want a nimble organization where his/her contribution can make an impact daily, then Avetta is the place! We are the opposite of big company, slow moving, heavy politics.

      Pros

      The culture, environment and people here are amazing. The company genuinely cares about it's employees. You're empowered to make decisions and given the tools to succeed. Can't ask for much more than that!

      Great place with room for growth

      Pros

      As a software engineer, I am offered the flexibility to grow and learn at my own pace, with the exception of mission critical projects/tasks. The department as a whole is very friendly and open to discussion, good or bad. That being said, while I am considered a "new" employee ( < 1 yr) I disagree with some of the previous reviews about this company and believe that it is on an upward trend, with plenty of good times ahead.

      Cons

      As far as the cons are concerned, I don't believe there is anything wrong from my point of view. A suggestion however would be that I have noticed times where I transitioned from a lot of work in a short amount of time to relatively less work the following day. While I do attribute that to the current long term project/goal, it would be nice to have more consistent work loads. Again, I am not considering this to be an issue but I believe it is something that could be improved upon moving forward.
