Thank you for your review. We agree that Avetta has a great work environment as well as wonderful teams. In the end, it is the collective efforts of each individual that makes the organization thrive. The speed at which Avetta moves can be a neck breaking pace. However, when it comes to restructuring departments and reorganizing teams, the changes are considered with deep deliberation, extensive analysis, thorough vetting and heartfelt conversation. Perhaps some of the hardest decisions made are the ones that come to Avetta's people. The good news is that the Executive team is not a cut throat. Rather the team is an intelligent group that understands the value of having the right people in the right roles at the right time. Those who are most successful at Avetta move quickly and perform within a certain framework of ambiguity. Expectations set one day seem to either be accomplished within 8 hours or reset by the next morning. Velocity should be our name because it is in the corporate DNA.
