I am very new to PICS (3 months), hence only 4 stars. I have so much more to learn about the Company before I can give a valuable rating. However, in my short time at PICS, I have found it to be a very dynamic, growing Company, that seems to look after its Employees and offer fantastic training and development opportunities to improve their knowledge and skill set. Following a recent visit to Perth by the CEO & CPO, I am very excited about hearing of the Company's plans for the future and also the development of my role within PICS.

Fantastic successful business, moving at speed, building amazing solutions where you are supported and encouraged to create genuine client relationships that will stay with you throughout your career. This is an exciting company that is both professionally and personally rewarding with. Great to be part of a truly global organisation yet has a real fraternity that makes you feel as a fully participating/contributing/accountable member wherever you may be located on whatever timezone. Management seek and act on feedback on aspects of the business - they are driving competitive disruption through innovation and developing excellence in execution as the paradigm. Transparency and accountability to you and your team members is core to our culture. Not everyone can deal with that paradigm. I cant play football. If you like the opportunity to make things happen, if you are prepared to back yourself and if you take pride in working as part of high performance teams and you value working with an assortment of largest successful and truly great clients they are definitely the organisation to consider.
