The merger of Pegasus into Avetta has been an exciting process. There are lots of things to work on, but you can tell everyone is really excited and can see huge opportunities within the business to grow. The introduction of things like Avetta University has been great to help with training and working on a personal development level.

Cons

Time zones can be challenging.

Yes, the 16 hour difference presents its challenges when it comes to collaboration with the home office in the US, and we appreciate everyone's willingness to work outside of regular business hours when needed to accommodate calls and the many touch points that this merger requires.
