Excellent onboarding program, trainers are top-notch. True Sales Professionals. Excellent culture but professional and work focused as well. All senior leaders are excellent, down to earth and dedicate to each individuals success. Clear market leader.

Cons

Very competitive industry but that's not really an Avetta issue, its just the market.

Pros

Everyone is super nice, supportive, and helpful. I really feel that we are a team working together to achieve our monthly goals and I really enjoy working with my RSM to collaborate on leads, strategies, and meetings. Working from home is very peaceful and there is absolutely no micromanagement.

Cons

I really cannot think of any cons specifically towards Avetta at this time! There is pressure to meet quotas in sales, but that is sales, nothing against Avetta!
