      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with many opportunities. Executive focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, while delivering record results. Team culture is strong and collaboration is key!

      Cons

      Rapid growth means scrutiny and performance-based evaluations. It's what have you done for me lately. That said, if you thrive on competitive spirit and team culture, this is the place to be!

      Great company -- and getting better all the time

      Pros

      There is a real effort from Senior Management to balance the needs of a fast-growing business, with the needs of employees in all departments and locations. It hasn't been perfect, but I like that we admit that , and it doesn't stop us from improving every day. I have been here for over a year and I see how far we've come in a short time but also see what we are aiming for next. Really exciting place to work hard. We work hard here

      Cons

      So much growth means we always seem to be catching up. Just as we figure out a solution to a problem, our company has already grown so much that we have another problem or two to solve. Better than not growing

      Thank you for your feedback. It is true that growing pains can be felt all across all departments. But as you pointed out, we still prioritize our employees and want to work together towards our common goals as a business. It is really encouraging to hear back from employees and realize that even though they can feel the growing pains, they can also feel valued and appreciated for being a part of Avetta. We are happy to report that we have recently made great progress and appointed 5 female leaders to Vice President positions throughout the company.
