      Having been around for a number of years we have not stopped growing and we adapt to integrate evolving technologies and constantly challenge paradigms, ourselves and each other to maintain the momentum. We love our client partnerships and developing solutions that add real value to their business. Great team where everyone puts the shoulder to the wheel - management support their team.

      Growth and commitment to improvement sometimes feels like going to another training session in the lead up to a big race - once your through the session you feel fantastic

      Pros

      Avetta provides me with a role that is both motivating and challenging. I enjoy the work and it is also in a field that interests me. Working in a team environment helps make every day interesting, and keeps the work stimulating. Additionally, the chance to work in a global team makes for exciting prospects.

      Cons

      Due to the size and global nature of the Avetta it can be difficult to organise meeting times with line managers and other members of the company. This disconnect of communication can lead to a lack of clarity of roles and responsibilities.
