      Great Company, Great Customers, Great Employees and Great Future!

      Pros

      1) PICS management really seems to care about employees and their satisfaction. They have fun weekly activities and company sponsored events (i.e. fave college shirt Friday, wear plaid Friday, favorite movie character, Knott's Berry Farm family day, etc.). They bring in food and provide snacks and drinks - for FREE. 2) They offer the best benefits of any company I've worked for. Considering they are a mid-size company what they offer is even more impressive. 3) PICS offers great products and puts the customer first. It is fun to work for a company that "gets it." They offer a great suite of products and provide high-quality employees to support and service the product. They aren't afraid to spend money to support their products and service. That's all you can ask for... 4) They have a very strong leadership team who has been there and done that. All management (not just executive team) has great experience and they bring that experience to the benefit of PICS' customers, employees and owners/investors. 5) The future is very bright. The market in which PICS operates seems to be wide-open. The growth opportunities are almost endless. It is exciting to be a part of a huge opportunity that is only beginning to be tapped.

      Cons

      1) HR and payroll seem to be understaffed and struggle at times to keep up with the volume of work required to support a fast growing, dynamic business. When there are issues, it's can be hard to find someone to help. 2) PICS does provide snacks but it would be even better if they provided more healthy snack options. I know it's kinda lame to complain about free snacks but if they are going to provide them, why not balance what they provide with healthy options.

This email address is monitored by four team members who take their role supporting you very personally and the new method also allows our team to quickly respond to all questions from employees in an efficient and timely manner. We hope you understand employees are considered our top priority and this includes you. We also agree with you about healthier snacks and have started sprinkling them in with the mix.       Pros

      New management and new talent with a desire to keep and maintain our culture. The leadership team sees where this market is headed and we're ahead of the competition. Exciting opportunities for career growth as many have been promoted from within. Focus on improving product and delivery with very competent leadership. Better more open communication.

      Cons

      There is more to do that one can accomplish in one day. We could use some more help in Account Management and Supplier services. We are growing fast!
