Pros

some good talented people, many of the goods ones were let go in one of the three layoffs the company did.

Cons

The management team keeps getting turned over and the company can't seem to find its direction since the founders were pushed aside.

In fact, those individuals shaped the organization and who we are today. We agree that there are talented professionals who work here now and we agree that every individual who has given his or her time to the Company is someone valued, respected and appreciated. About the founders, they made a decision to recapitalize the organization, securing it's long term growth and continued success. No push of any sort rather a pull to bring in new way resources. Upbeat energetic work environment. Good work life balance Throughout my career I have had managers who have recognized my accomplishments and encouraged me to grow

Cons

I have not experienced any negativity during my tenure. If there was an experience that was not acceptable it was quickly corrected
