      Pros

      Very solid business model with strong clients and terrific outlook for future growth. Stable company with good leadership and clear vision for the marketplace. Great opportunity to make a difference in a growing organization and leave your mark.

      Cons

      Experiencing some growing pains as company builds foundation to support immense growth opportunity. Processes are not yet fully matured.

      The worst experience

      Pros

      The paid time off and the common folk. Definitely not the executive team.

      Cons

      Where to start...clearly this company is either going to fold or be bought out. The executive team consist of the CEO's friends. They bring new hires in to lay off existing people. There were two rounds of lay offs in a matter of a couple of months. Everyone is on edge because we don't know what's going on. But if you ask HR they will tell you to find another job. It's toxic at PICS. If you want to go somewhere that is completely not stable then work at PICS. The benefits are extremely expensive. There is absolutely no career path and even when you bring up that you would like to get training to get to the next level it will not happen. They do promote the most horrible people in the organization though. Especially with titles that do not make sense. Hence, chief of staff. What a joke. I'm staying until they kick me out because we will all be out of a job very soon.

      Past the tough stuff -- much better company

      Pros

      As an employee for several years... I have been through the transition from "family-run" to "growth-oriented software". I can see much more career opportunity than in years past. Now I am learning skills that will help me in my career in the future, and the new exec team is top notch. I just read through many of the reviews and I'm TOTALLY surprised about the negativity.

      Cons

      I think our office space could be a little better. We recently consolidated and it's much nicer, but with the ambition of the company, seems like we could be in a better space.
