      I recently joined here and I've already seen many good changes in this company. New passionate engineers, new management, new technologies, new projects. I see a lot of potential for me to work here for next few coming years. The company is profitable, growing and there's a lot of action right now. Definitely recommend working here.

      Pros

      I worked in Product Development and the Director is the best boss I have worked for. The Executive team and CEO have a great vision, truly care about people and value work-life balance. The team at PICS consists of a great group of people. They provide great benefits and corporate activities for families. I really miss working with the team at PICS.

      No cons, I think it's a great place to work. PICS is growing and has solid leadership.

      Pros

      PICS is growing a ton, which means you work on projects that actually make a difference in customers' lives. It is moving to become the next big thing in the supplier management in the industrial world. There's free food and I worked with smart co-workers for the most part.

      Cons

      Because they are growing so fast the stress level is high (last year they hired around 50 I think and in that doubled the size of engineering). It's hard to keep focused on the project through completion before there's a new opportunity. The engineers that didn't deliver weren't held accountable, and just complained about management instead of looking at themselves.
