      Great initially, but then Toxic

      Pros

      The top software engineers here are very sharp and work hard to help the organization climb the levels of the software Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). I became experienced with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) from some very well implemented processes and procedures. The Senior Engineering Managers/Directors and DevOps (infrastructure) Director are exceptionally smart and wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      There are a few key people who ruin the culture with political back-biting and evil seed-planting, presenting "mixed truths" selectively to leadership, peers, and subordinates to posture and retain power and influence whenever there is a technical difference of opinions, developing personal vendettas and creating persistent angst among team members.

      Inexperienced co-workers and bosses. Too much turn over.

      Pros

      This company empowers its employees to take initiative and own their responsibilities. Great cooperative culture, team work, support, fun and hardworking people, fantastic leadership, inclusivity and transparency in decision making, high internal promotion rate, better than average pay and benefits, lots of perks.
