      Great Culture, Exciting Growth

      Pros

      Avetta has a great corporate culture and management has done a wonderful job at making me feel like a part of that culture as a remote employee. The level of growth the company is experiencing is exciting and everyone here should feel that they are a part of something big. It was a relief to see a cooperative sales community that shares best practices as appose to the cut-throat environment I had experienced at the huge tech company I was previously working with.

      Lack of structure in training and on-boarding.

      Super chill, laid back environment Company events Very good product to sell Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Investor ran meaning the lax encouraging style they preached is more hit your numbers or else Politics into company decisions involving employees Smoke and mirror about family style culture. Your dead to them once your gone or let go.
