Pros

I have not met a person here yet who doesn't love working for this company. Coming from a startup, there were always some things missing but I thought the tradeout for those was culture and was I wrong. Avetta has one of the best cultures I've had the pleasure of experiencing. From Day 1 they have strived to help everyone feel included in the mission of the company and my role in achieving the annual plan! Every team is super helpful and willing to jump on calls or track down resources to help support our clients success. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Cons

No negative experiences so far! The only thing I could say is I come from an Apple world and they utilize Dell technology so that was a new learning curve but hasn't impacted the job at all.

Pros

The salary and comp structure is great - you can make a decent income even if you're nowhere close to meeting the unrealistic quotas they set for stagnant accounts. I loved my coworkers/peers and everyone was always willing to help each other out.

Cons

Poor, inexperienced, and ineffective leadership, depending on which team you're on. "Leaders"/Directors with poor feedback overall are promoted or moved into other roles after failing at leading other teams. Revolving door/constant change in account managers and client success manager roles makes it difficult to improve client health and encourage account growth, especially when persistent issues are not corrected in other areas. Company is seeing a lot of long-term clients leaving to go to competitors.
