      Pros

      My favorite sales job by far, mostly due to the culture and personality types of the managers I report to.

      Cons

      Limited growth potential in my department. Most of the leaders have already been promoted and aren't leaving any time soon.

      Great day, great benefits, we do something that makes a difference in life, and we have awesome coworkers!

      Not too many but once in a while, be nice to see some diversity in leadership.
