Great pay and awesome team to report to, but once you go any higher than direct superiors, that's where it gets really interesting

Cons

In terms of career advancement, we have SDRs that have been here for over 7 years, only 2 promotions in the last 5 years

While we do offer fully remote positions for employees residing outside of a certain radius, for employees within that radius we offer a flexible, hybrid work option. We are excited to roll out our return to the office plan with the upcoming move to our brand new, state-of-the-art office in Lehi.
